Commentra is an AI-powered tool that analyzes YouTube video comments to surface sentiment, topics, pros & cons, FAQs, and other insights. We use third-party providers (including YouTube, Google, and AI models) to fetch and process comment data.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or create an account (e.g., with Google Sign-In). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse, abuse, or disrupt the Service.
• You agree not to attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Service in ways not intended by us.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• You retain ownership of the videos and content you analyze. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content.

The Service relies on third-party services including YouTube (comment data), Google (sign-in and analytics), Razorpay (payments), and AI model providers (analysis). Your use of these features is also subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
